Refund Policy

30 days, any reason, used or not.

If CozySoak doesn't make shower time easier, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need a reason, and it doesn't matter if you've used it — we'd rather hear why it didn't work than keep your money.

How to return

Email cozysoak@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with a return address and, if you want one, a prepaid label. Any box is fine.

Refund timing

We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or card, it can take another 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
