Refund policy
30-day refund, even after use
If CozySoak isn't right for you or the person you care for, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it for a full refund. You can have used it. You don't need a reason.
How to return
- Email cozysoak@gmail.com with your order number (it's on your confirmation email).
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.
- Put the cape, the Y-connector and the handheld wand in any box, attach the label, and drop it with the carrier.
When you'll see the money
We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method as soon as the carrier scans the return, usually within 5 business days of you dropping it off. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or missing parts
If anything arrives damaged or is missing, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement right away. No need to return the damaged item first.
